I've lived in the same place for 12 years, so buying and selling isn't something I do often, even though I work in the Real Estate Industry.  I purchased my new home without listing my condo first, so I had a ton of work to do.  When I purchased my home, I didn't get an Agent.  I walked into Hallmark Realty and Bob and Marnie Vitt were there.  Marnie happily and kindly gave me all the right forms when I asked for them.  I thought well, I should go back and have her list my condo if this works out.  My purchase was accepted and I chose another Agent to sell my condo.  HUGE MISTAKE!  It was on the makret for 30 days with very little activity.  I e-maled Marnie and asked her to take my listing.  Marnie took the listing just before Christmas.  In 5 days, I had an offer and two other potential buyers who were interested in second looks.  I signed around my sale on Christmas Eve!  After extension, after extension, the sale finally closed.  If it wasn't for Marnie and Bob, I would have given up on the buyer and had to start over.  Marnie convinced me it was in my best interest to hang on a bit longer and she was sure right!  My sale closed in 35 days from the date the Vitt's took over my listing!  They did an outsanding job for me, kept me informed and guided me along a stresful process.  I love my new home and couldn't be happier with how my sale turned out.  I got the price I wanted and closed quickly during the Holiday months!  Wow!

Buying a house is no joke.  Your agent will set you up with a place to live for the rest of your life.  So you want someone responsible and smart.  You want Marnie to do it.  We casually started looking for a home, met Marnie, then bought a miracle house one week later.  She found a great place on a Saturday night...it just came out on the market; she called us up immediately...."Hey kid!  There is this place that just showed up!  It's at....Are you interested?"  We went the next morning, loved it, then harassed Marnie not to be late to send out an offer first thing Monday morning.  She wasn't.  She handled the remainder of the transaction with class and patience.  We moved in about a month later.  The place is spectacular and we cannot be happier.  Oh, did we mention?  She also hooked us up with the best mortgage deal among all the ones we considered.  And that place likely appreciated about 20% in a year.  She, really is the best.
